INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

While we are headquartered in New Delhi, please be aware that we do not accept returns for shipments outside of India. However, if an international customer wishes to exchange a product, they can do so by arranging the shipment back to us. It's important to note that the cost of return shipping will not be covered by FOUR FIGR. We are actively working on refining our policies for returns and exchanges to accommodate our growing international customer base. Stay tuned for updates on this matter.

Regrettably, we are unable to process return or exchange requests for any of our unique ONE-OF-ONE items.
FOUR FIGR cannot be held accountable for taxes, customs fees, duties, border charges, or border reimbursements associated with international orders. Requests for returns prompted by insufficient customs-related information will not be accommodated.
It's important to be aware that items not in line with our return policy will be declined and subsequently returned to the customer, with the associated expenses borne by them.
